A Balanced View

The hotel is located directly on a beautiful beach. The white sand and clear blue sea were fine (I especially enjoyed watching the turtles). The hotel includes nice pools and a restaurant.

The rooms need some updating. They felt a bit dated. The music from nearby bars continued late into the night. I found the noise quite loud, even with the windows closed.

prime location water sports super clean room

I appreciated the prime location directly on dover beach, a beautiful spot. the availability of water sports added an extra layer of fun. my room was kept super clean. I'm grateful to the cleaning staff for their diligence.

The bar service was occasionally slow. I sometimes waited a bit longer than expected for drinks.

The staff was professional and helpful. They were very responsive to requests. june behind the bar was always happy to refill water bottles, a very welcome service. I appreciated that. michaela constantly checked to see if we were okay.

I used the mini golf course. It offered a fun, relaxed activity. the hotel features multiple pools, providing plenty of space to relax. I enjoyed swimming. the location is convenient with easy access to the gap, a plus.

The food was good and i did not have to wait too long for it. the cocktails were AMAZING!!! happy hour was a great experience. I appreciated the special prices. there was afternoon tea by the pool, i enjoyed that treat.

the location is on a beautiful beach this i can say

the rooms need modernisation they are very dated i had an ocean view room on the ground floor but it was basically a view of a hedge i asked to swap but it was not possible i find this unacceptable i had to pay an additional fee
